Delete your account and data

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Where2 and go to Settings.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and your data is permanently removed.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, your private trips, the reservations, itinerary items, notes, and addresses you added, and any files you uploaded are permanently removed. Trips you share with other people are kept for those members, but you are removed from them and the items you added are no longer linked to you. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for purchases). Any active subscription is billed through Google Play; cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions.

Export first (optional)

Want a copy before you delete? Open Settings → Your data → Export my data to download a full copy of your account data.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed and can’t sign in, email us at privacy@foundry88labs.com from your account’s email address and we’ll delete your account and data on request.
